Kuti's is, we think, by far the best Indian restaurant in Southampton. Situated at the eastern end of Oxford Street, which is full of interesting eating places, Kuti's is unmistakable with its violet colour scheme. The restaurant prides itself on the quality of its Bangladeshi food, cooked superbly and, if you ask nicely and the restaurant is not too busy, Kuti himself is always willing to let you visit the kitchens.

Do book by phone - but if you forget and the restaurant is full, never fear: there is always Pizza Express over the road!
