The Boathouse is the former name of a modern bar serving a variety of cool beers on draught to yachtsmen and marina village residents.

Salt Bar and Kitchen is the new name for this well-recommended restaurant on a raised eating space with a view of the marina.

Starters and light bites cost about a fiver, bistro meals up to a tenner; or you can choose from several main dishes priced up to fifteen pounds.

Last orders are taken at 9:00pm early in the week and on Sundays; at 9:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
