Arden House lies on high ground to the west of Hythe between Southampton Water and the New Forest, very close to Beaulieu.

The house is opposite a pub called The Croft and the speed camera you can see in the middle of this picture, behind a row of trees on the left hand side of the road. Our small gateposts are marked "18 Private".
