Arden House B&B is now formally closed, but for people who do stay, prices are:
£80 per room per night
£55 per night for single occupancy of a twin or double room
£30 per night for additional single room sharing the bathroom
£15 for a child in an extra bed and £5 for a baby in a cot
£15 per room for a staying just one night on a weekend

Discounts:
10% for staying more than one night, or 15% for staying more than three nights

Prices include:
- tea and coffee making facilities in your room, with fresh milk
- use of conservatory, garden and guest sitting room with piano, television, and HiFi
- WiFi broadband internet access
- a full English or continental breakfast served at any time to suit you, usually in the conservatory
