Prices per person per night are quoted on this basis:
- £34 for guests sharing a bathroom with other guests
- £39 for guests in a twin or double room with en-suite bath or shower
- £10-12 supplement for single occupancy of a twin or double room
- £5 for a baby in a cot
- £15 for a child in an extra bed

Prices are reduced by 10% for stays of more than two nights, and include:
- tea and coffee making facilities in your room, with fresh milk
- use of the guest sitting room with piano, television, and HiFi
- use of our conservatory and garden
- WiFi broadband internet access
- a full English or continental breakfast served at any time to suit you, usually in the conservatory

Childen are most welcome, but sadly there is no space for animals.
